One Company, One File, One Point of Contact

Our headquarters is located at 6699 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Norcross. Every emergency call dispatches directly from this central facility.

We also recently expanded our high standards into the Central Florida market.

We operate as an independent, locally owned company. The professionals named on this page run our daily operations, and we stay completely accountable for your property from start to finish.

Why we exist A note from the founder

One Stop Restoration was built around one massive problem. Homeowners were constantly juggling too many contractors after a disaster.

I am Nate Simon, Founder and CEO of One Stop Restoration. I watched Atlanta homeowners struggle with the same nightmare repeatedly. They called one crew to extract the water. A completely different company dried the structure. A third handled the toxic mold. A fourth company finally rebuilt the walls.

Every single handoff cost precious time. Every gap in communication cost serious money. The homeowner was stuck fighting their insurance adjuster alone.

We built One Stop Restoration to solve this exact nightmare. We provide full-service restoration under one roof. You get one single point of contact, and one airtight file follows your job from extraction through the final rebuild.

Atlanta is a highly complex structural market. We face aging housing stock, red clay soil, and extreme summer humidity. This city desperately needed a specialized, local restoration company.

Strict IICRC Certification and EPD Compliance

IICRC Certified Firm status requires strict, documented compliance with international standards.

The IICRC is the industry's ultimate credentialing body. A certified firm must employ heavily trained technicians and maintain maximum insurance. You can verify our active status through the public directory at iicrc.org.

We never guess with state laws or local building codes. Tearing out wet drywall in pre-1980 homes triggers strict Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) regulations, and we handle all mandatory notifications internally.

  • IICRC S500The peer-reviewed standard for water damage restoration.
  • IICRC S520The published protocol for mold remediation and clearance.
  • Georgia EPD complianceAsbestos testing handled before any pre-1980 tear-out.
  • 10-day GEOS notificationsFiled internally, so your project stays legal and safe.

Bad Faith Insurance Claims and Direct Billing

Filing a massive property claim is incredibly stressful. We take this burden completely off your shoulders through direct insurance billing.

Georgia law actively protects property policyholders. Under O.C.G.A. § 33-4-6, insurance carriers face heavy fines for unreasonably delaying valid claims.

Our team provides your adjuster with undeniable physical evidence. We submit daily moisture mapping logs, 3D Matterport scans, and line-item Xactimate estimates. We leave insurance carriers absolutely zero room to deny your claim in bad faith.

The Standard We Hold on Every Job

Our field standards are built around complete structural restoration, not just basic drying.

  1. Immediate moisture mapping

Logged by precise diagnostic instruments, from the first hour on site.

  2. IICRC S500 drying protocols

Strict standards for water extraction and dehumidification.

  3. Daily moisture monitoring

We track exact evaporation rates rather than checking how a surface feels.

  4. 3D Matterport scanning

Comprehensive scans for undeniable insurance documentation.

  5. Seamless reconstruction

Rebuild services handled entirely under one unified contract.
